Jason Ellis is a jack of all trades.
The Australian native emerged as one of the world’s top professional skateboarders, before he became the host of one of the most popular radio programs on SIRIUS satellite radio. In addition to that, Ellis is an accomplished mixed martial artist, musician, and actor.

Skateboarding
Ellis moved to the United States at age 17 to become a professional skate boarder which he accomplished in 1990. Ellis began his professional skateboarding career and quickly became one of the top ranked pro skateboarders in the world for nearly two decades. In 2001 Ellis set the Guinness World Record for the biggest drop onto a 70 foot skateboard ramp!!! He also was a host at the X-Games from 2002-2006, and one of the six “Big Air” competitors to compete in both 2004 and 2005. Still involved in the skate community, Ellis tours the country performing Skate Demos with Tony Hawk, is a Perrenial X-Games competitor (Mega Ramp), and is currently the host of the annual ‘Tony Hawk Boom Boom Huckjam’.

Sirius Satellite Radio
Ellis then moved onto a career in satellite radio, where he is the current host of The Jason Ellis Show on Sirius XM Radio – “Faction” Channel 28. The show, which airs Monday through Friday from 3PM to 7PM Eastern Time, is one of the most popular shows broadcast on all of satellite radio. His radio show is a high-energy, uncensored talk-meets-hard rock radio format that is centered around Ellis’ unique, offbeat take on life.

Ellis fronts the explosive gods of heavy metal ecstasy Death! Death! Die! Check out their hit tune “Toto Moto Boatasaki” on Itunes, which gives a shout out to “HardLuck Kings” in the song!

Fighter
Jason Ellis is also a trained mixed martial arts fighter and even won his professional fight debut against Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu specialist Tony Gianopulos on February 6, 2009 via Guillotine Submission. Ellis formally trained in the Team Quest camp located in Murrieta, California under the direction of Dan Henderson, Jason “Mayhem” Miller, and Muhammad “King Mo” Lawal. He also trains with Justin Fortune at Fortune Boxing Gym in Hollywood California. He is currently undefeated in combat sports with a 1-0 mixed martial arts record and a 1-0 boxing record.
